Smalls ideas to make things go smooth

<div class="IPBDescription">no balance discussion</div>Hi, i've been playing ns2 beta for some weeks since I got my new computer and I think that game could be polished a little bit.
I've played ns1 long time ago with the first releases, and got some fps (hldm, q3/ql, bf, tf2, and many others) rts (sc2 mainly) experience.
(sorry for my really bad english, french player here)
Da list :
<b>*</b> <u>Binds</u>
- be able to bind mousewheel (for weapon changing) to direct slots
- direct radio messages binds (a "weld me please" radio will be great too)
- commander should be able to bind things (maybe a sc2-like "grid" option)
<b>*</b> <u>Hud</u>
- ressource should be show somewhere on hud (scoreboard is too far)
- upgrades (damage) on hud
- orders objective icons on minimap
- orders messages (attack datacore, defend crossroad hive, etc) print on screen
- bottom left there is player names that are in your vincinity, should show health/armor too
<b>*</b> <u>Comm</u>
- always show players/building health/armor/ammo/parasited (and names for players)
- have a key to get back to base view and cycle bases (and back to where you was watching, like sc2)
- beacon/scan have accessibility issues (maybe groups could resolve that)
- be able to choose IP orientation
- select all marines key
<b>*</b> <u>Random</u>
- default mouse sens is way too high, need a option to type your desired sens
- autopickup weapon is bad, should be disabled (GL needs a more visible model on ground)
- end game show scoreboard for a few seconds
- shooting through fences is a bit tricky atm
- disable alien sound in room where there is no aliens (like in FC, scary me too much!) - maybe a mapping issue

- crouch key should be silent walking / sprint key no wallwalking
- marines/building parasited should show differently on hud

- mini-cyst/hydra on slot4/5. bilebomb on slot2
- show ressource needed for mini-cyst/hydra (and ressource available)
This game is awesome, never seens a such engine in any MP game, sound is great too, good job ns2 team !

I'd really like to see UWE do some serious work on the comm interface. It varies between almost broken and broken between patches, making it quite a pain to use. I also suspect its driving new players away from trying it out, because they jump in, can't seem to drop/research/build anything and jump out thinking its broken.
Will be possible to have there quick fade-out effect?
and also same disappearing functionality in marine buy menu... the "close" button is so small and it's annoying to die because you are unable to buy SG/Flames, when skulk is in base .. and do armory rampage :)
There is already such a function :) just move away from the armory and the menu disappears!
