Server List & Active Players

'Ello, quick question.

Can someone give me the current amount of active servers and players?

I've been debating what to purchase lately, and I completely forgot about NS2. Comparing this title from what I'm seeing to RO2 and Nuclear Dawn gives this a win hands down, but I can't comfortably buy it unless I know I'll be able to find a game when I want.

    I saw this prior to making this thread. Is that counter messed up? I don't understand how it could track 40 servers and 1/32 players. Does it mean 132?

    8PM EST isn't a good time since I'm always working then as well :(

    oh, if you click that link it gives a server list *doh*.
    I just saw it was a hash link and figured it didn't do anything, was just made a link for styling purposes :l

    i think the 1/32 players refers to 32 players online, with one in your country (or playing in a server located in your country ?)

    8-10pm gmt +2 is also a good time for playing for Europeans and you should find 2-3 servers populated if not full. It's not a lot, but it's enough to have fun.

    I've been watching the browser since yesterday, and yeah - I figured out that it's players in your country. Which is a pity, as I'm really interested in this game; but NA has no activity until later in the night which I'm normally at work around that time leaving my gaming time in the morning/afternoon. So as it stands, I can't bring myself to drop $35 on something I can only play at peak times; yes, I understand this is just beta access and the sort - but I'm looking for a game to purchase now to diddle time away :l So maybe when the project comes around full-circle I'll be back to pick it up, or should I have money later on.

    Also, be aware, that unless you have an extremely powerful machine, it's not worth investing it. This game is by far the worse optimized game to play right now for purchase. Yes, it's in beta, but it requires a lot of power on the client end of the experience.
