Cooldown for Beacon

Hiho,

I like to see a coldown for the beacon. Now it feels like you can spam it. Or let it cost more electricity with lower regeneration.
It is anoying for the alien team when you need to kill the entire marine team 3 time before you can damage the base buildings ;).

    Its fine the way it is. You can use it 2 times when it is fully charged then you gotta wait. Unless you built more then 1 obs :)

    Beacon is fine as is. Also, the obs is pretty weak so the aliens can kill it pretty quickly.

    I believe observatory should be upgradable and have a more armored version.

    I think some res cost would be sweet. Spending obs energy is a pretty trivial thing in most cases and with PGs you don't necessarily lose any map control either, so I'd appreciate some kind of alway notable cost for beaconing.

    I will agree with Bacillus here.

    If marines have several observatorys in base, they have infinite beacon. With no regard to how the team is doing economicly. Stalemates.
    Also, observatories around the map are really powerful compared to their cost.
    If you can hide an observatory near a hive location, the whole team can get teleported there for free. This is what the phase gates are for.
    Distress beacon should be a last resort to save a base against a rush, not a mass teleport device.
    This really is a problem and it should be fixed.
    And I believe it's a quick task for the devs.
