Server list have gone?

So this evening i finaly got my new pc and installed NS2 went into the game and for the first time ever i could not find a single server to join
are all the servers down or do i have a glitch ?
or is anything else going on please leave me some feedback thanks

There could be a number of reasons:

- NS2 version not up to date
- Uncommon NAT type (it's a router setting)
- Wirewall permissions are blocking outbound/inbound traffic
- There are no servers for NS2 right now (possible, though unlikely)
- You have a server filter active and the complete results are not being displayed

As it's a new PC I'd wager it's a router or firewall issue, especially if you connection has stayed the same between PCs.

Sorry if I sound offensive but this question has been answered atleast 200 times. The easiest way to fix it is: Close your eyes point with your finger on the Screen and click on the link you are pointing.

If that didn't help tipe "empty serverlist" in that little box on the top right of this frame that contains "Search..."

If that didn't help, try to run a local server (go into NS2 click on create and the create the game) and open the serverlist ingame then. Wait a minute it won't always work in 2 seconds.
