Region restriction?

Hi, i'm Italian I would like to know if there's a sort of region restriction or not..i've tried to search the game on steam but I dindn't find it. And also I would like to know if there are some european populated server thanks:)

Plenty of eu servers. Try starting a game of your own first, then checking the server browser; seems to be an old bug.

NS2 is not on steam yet. You can only preorder from this site.

Thanks to all:) I will buy the game, so i download the beta build from the devs site

No it is on Steam, but it's not on the Steam Store because it's still beta. You'll buy it from UW and then you enter the key in Steam and download from Steam.
