Well that sucks. Wish that was in the patch notes.

Obviously a deliberate change, for sure.

Why are people here so aggressive?

All you have to do is add in a "Tram currently not working for everyone" in the patch notes so people don't get confused.

*Sigh*. I might go back to lurking with the hostility here.

We discussed this in another thread, but it seems to be a video issue. Tram is so tightly built that the engine seems to have to render large portions of the map, instead of just a couple of rooms ahead. So it seems that even really good comps have a difficult time with tram atm. Its not a crash bug, its that probably no one's video can handle it, and it ends up crashing.

I tried to be ironic, not aggressive, but I guess it isn't so clear through typing over the internet:P Apologies

You're right about Tram being pretty tightly packed, the north side of the map will probably get spaced out a bit (especially between elevator and alien tram tunnel). I'm able to load the map in our build so I'm not sure exactly what the issue is. Will ask the devs for their input.

It's been my assumption that one day Max's work on occlusion culling and the changes coming to tram will magically make tram playable again.
