Running the game fine?

So there's always been a healthy discussion of FPS/specs on this board, and of the ever-changing list of tweaks and bugs related to resource usage. Throughout all the discussion, the one thing I rarely see is people speaking up to say they can play the game just fine. I figured I'd make a thread to see how many people out there have machines that can run NS2 on max 1080p without hitting the bottleneck, discuss how the game plays at max rate, and maybe wind up finding some common traits or hardware that could help others improve their FPS (or even help the devs pinpoint a few resource leaks?).
So, can you max out NS2? What are your specs? How does it play?

My stats
i7 950 3.07 GHz (factory settings)
EVGA GeForce GTX 560 ti 1024MB GDDR5 (factory settings, 280.26 drivers)
2x4GB Patriot Viper 2000MHz (factory + timings)

My thoughts:
I don't see why people keep saying the game is impossible to play for fun. Sure, the server tick rate can be low during combat, and I've lost track of a skulk a few times, but most of my difficulty in tracking enemies comes from how darn sneaky and fast Kharaa can be, not from graphical issues. Put me in a straight hallway and I'll win every time; I sort of like the realism/strategy that provides for marines, and the way it forces Kharaa to be creative.

Tri GTX 470 SLi (270.33 drivers)
12GB 2000Mhz RAM
110ish FPS, (44 Single Card, 84 Dual SLi, 110 Tri SLI)
Game feels GREAT, looks amazing!
As for the performance I have on this machine, it hovers around 60 reasonably often, so you'd expect me to be pleased about the smoothness, but as I've said before, 60 FPS isn't really 60 FPS in NS2 (yet). There's still micro-stuttering going on, as well as the occasional hitch (loading assets) and the severe input-lag that prevent me from enjoying it the way I can enjoy NS1.

Not being a graphics card engineer, I cant answer some of these questions, memory bandwidth maybe, I dont know. Yet I have ZERO micro stutter, but I think im in the minority as I have heard that mentioned on here before.
I'll get a screenshot if for no other reason other than to make you STFU!
Steam screenshot key is f6 by default, I think? Check your settings; I think that works with NS2.

would also like to see this fps screen cap my rig wont go above 60 unless its a good day or the beginning of a round.
i7-950 3.8 ghz
2x 6950's shader unlocked and oced to 6970 specs
6 gig ddr 1600
6gig ram @ 1600mhz
295 GTX latest drivers
Seeing as some people like to lie about this stuff, screenshots attached for fps.
EDIT: yes i realise these are not in 1080p the values are the same for me with 2 exceptions, AS drops to 45fps and so does XR otherwise im still getting an average of 70 fps everywhere.

Running 1920x1200 with High settings, although no AA.
Fraps benchmark results in running around in summit:
Frames, Time (ms), Min, Max, Avg
4256, 76175, 43, 76, 55.871
It's rather nice to play.
This. 44FPS. Most people don't and shouldn't be expected to have standard or even TRI SLI to run a game well.

I'm not supprised, the GPU is 5 gens old! get a new pc, this is basically below min spec of ANY new game.
Seconded.

i can actually confirm that for me SLI doesnt do a damn thing in NS2, exact same FPS with SLI on or forced off.
Overclocking my i5 2500k from 3,3GHz to 4,5GHz gave an almost linear FPS increase (did it in two steps). It went up by about 15-20%.
