hey guys i´ve pre-order the game yesterday and pay via paypal, but havent get a mail that the money is arrived and dont have a beta key yet. pls help, thx
yep checked the folder and set the spam off. so ive get all e-mails to my normal folder... but nothin -.-, damn i want to play ^^. im a great fan of ns1 and want to support the devs

yeah this side i´ve tried too, just get: We don't seem to have "my e-mail" on file. For help, write us at store@unknownworlds.com. hm maybe in the next time, i hope so much.
did you check your credit or paypal or what ever you used to pay to see if the transaction happened, it may have bugged out befor the transaction happened at all.
