The same way that there is a quest log on the left side of your screen in a MMO; I think there should be something like that with the team's objectives. I think this will help the commander communicate with the rest of the team. i.e. Build Infantry Portal, Move to Vents, Kill Hive, etc. So that the team knows exactly what the commander wants them to do and the group can work more as a team to accomplish it. This could be issued by the commander clicking on something then when the menu comes up clicking build, or kill.
