<div class="IPBDescription">Pistol alien spawn</div>So the 188 build is sweet but with all the changes some key things slipped through that army just minor but ruin game play, and one would think should be quickly fixed. (optimistic). There needs to be a minor update please don't make 189 take 3 months without at least making 188 features right and enjoyable.
Pistol- firing rate toying with a macro it took me less then 2 min to enable auto fire that would empty my pistol in primary or secondary at about 3x the speed of the Lmg rate of fire.... Gorges die with a single click.
Sub spawn- don't know why but random start in sub for aliens is terrible spawn rate is unbearable I think fewer eggs grow.
Alien spawn in general in perhaps 5-10% of games not sure but general consensus was that there is a bug and people spent the night explaining how the wheel mouse was needed to spawn (can't believe that's intended)
Flashlight not broken but could use a little range increase almost useless (thought the haze it creates for others is amusing)
More then a few power issues but there a bit scarce as to be acceptable for a while... Though recycling your start rt because it can't be powered is a plain.
Obviously this is beta and to be expected and as a player since early 2003 I'm enjoying the growth of the game.

We're planning on putting out a patch this week with some fixes. Also, I know it seems like there was a lot of time between 187 and 188, but it was actually only 6.5 weeks!
6,5 is a long iteration time in Agile development. I'm not saying that waiting with the patch was a wrong decision. Architectural changes like this take time and cause a lot of bugs in many parts of the system. I had ton of fun playing 187 while waiting for 188. I think everybody appreciate the fact that you didn't put out a build with game breaking bugs. Good work!
About that, I've seen some errors on the server console, something like "there is not enough room to spawn eggs, please increase the room size". But I guess the problem is known!
