2 Basic Queries

<div class="IPBDescription">csg and commander mode</div> I keep seeing people mentioning an ns-specific CSG. I guess I'll be needing that instead of Zoner's one, right? Where do I find it?

Also, before I really get going with trying to build a map, how do you implement Commander mode? Are there any tutorials around for that, or could anyone offer a quick explanation?

    Merl's ZHLT build 1.6.1 is the newest build of the compile tools and the one you should be using.

    The NS CSG is Merl's version, i'm not sure where you'd get it , might try Valve ERC. Basically that version of CSG let's you use the NULL texture.

    Commander mode isn't that difficult to impliement anymore. Place a team_command, and an info_mapinfo, set the viewhieght in the info_mapinfo above the hightest part of your map. If anything blocks the commander's view of the floor consider turning it into a func_seethrough.
