Commander - Move Screen

<div class="IPBDescription">A new way to move your screen in commander mode</div>While I was playing commander, I noticed i kept trying to drag and click to move my screen. I know all others don't design in Photoshop, CAD, or some other software, but I thought this would really help in moving the screen.
<b>Right now the only ways you can move your screen (or so I think):</b>
1) Click on the mini-map
2) Move your mouse to the edge of the screen
<b>Possible new way:</b>
1) Hold <specified key> + left mouse and drag your mouse in any direction.
-For the new way, I was thinking space, but middle mouse, or some other key might be more useful for other players.
<b>In-Game Appliance:</b>
I haven't seen any other game where you can do this and I think it would really add to the game play. It gives something else that other games don't have, it gives the game diversity, and it gives the game more customization. You can more your FOV about more seamlessly and more efficiently. It saves you time from moving your curses away from the middle of the screen where all of the action is, or away from the control panel down at the bottom right.
<b>Other notes:</b>
I really do believe this would help the game out. If anyone got used to moving the screen about in this manner I truly think they would have a higher advantage in this regard over another commander.
