Recient purchase of game

<div class="IPBDescription">Nothing was sent</div>So I reciently purchased ns2 beta and completed it with paypal. I waited for an hour nothing, checked spam box, nothing. I go and try to have it retrieved and gives me "We don't seem to have ybarraluke@yahoo.com on file. For help, write us at store@unknownworlds.com. " No idea since i've used pay pal for steam as well with no hiccups. Any guesses? Wrote an email already but maybe someone knows something I cant figure out.

maybe you made a typo in the email address? Just mail them at store@unknownworlds.com. They are the only ones that can help you further.

I used it with my paypal account, my main email account is directly connected to pay pal. I guess i'll wait .

let them know i had the same problem fastest way is to send an email to store@unknownworlds.com if they are really busy or paypal dosent send them a notice sometimes it happens. just let them know anyways
