Transfert cd-key?

Hi, ive bought the game a while ago, on a steam account that i used to use, but now i gave it to my brother because i dont game much more anymore, escept 2-3 games, NS2 is one of them, and my brother also own a computer, but he use steam almost all day long and i cant play NS2 when he is using steam, and i DONT wanna buy the game once again.

Is there any posibilities to play without steam on to transfert the cd-key to another account?

    I don't think so.....the problem is that the cd key is bound to your old account on steam, which is on Valve's servers... If anything, they could be the ones that could make the switch, but I highly doubt they make things like that...

    Easiest way? Buy another copy or get your old account back :P

    Agreed. Once you put a CD-Key in Steam and use it, it's just like any other Steam game: Non-Transferable.

    Well you can try to use "Trade Games" between accounts.
