The only other standard marine weapon that was mentioned was the concussion rifle. But that was in the tech tree mockup. I do wish the hmg made it in though, as it's inaccuracy and firing rate made it easier for me to hit targets with.
So i guess thats all for marines. I would totaly love some kind of Mac10/uzi weapon, which has bad accuracy but fires very fast and have the typical sound.

so will marines ever get an anti fade weapon without going exo? lvl 2 abilities should match.. currently 3 fades can wipe the floor of shotgun rines easily.
a concussion rifle would be sweet, its only feature is that it sends a shock into a large area, exposing a blinking fade for a few seconds while blurring it's vision. would be a useless weapon for anything but a fade and would encourage or demand teamwork. (i love peanut butter + jelly = pbj type gameplay, i.e. medic and heavy)

this is really true, but people haven't realized yet that you can't beat a 56 res investment with a 0 res investment in this game unless the fade is terrible
Investment? I would consider it an investment if I were foregoing something else. Instead all I have to do is save 56 res (and not die right away) to win.
