Tech structure appearance

A few days ago I was looking at the tech structures and thought these are just modified gameplay structures,now I don't know if they are place holder or not so this might sound stupid but what if they were remade ns1 structure all redone and HD. Before you yell at me think about it, they look the part and it would an awesome blast of nostalgia even if you changed the texture to look like the current theme. Any way I just thought I would share that with you guys, leave your feedback.

Mind specifying which tech structures (Frontiersmen or Kharaa)? If you mean some like the Shell, Veil, and Arms Lab, those are placeholder models indeed.

I love the idea of having the old models revamped for the tech structure models for alien side in particular. +100 to this idea

I love that idea, really, that would be something like: "Cooool, a sensory chamber! Loved that thing! *touchesit*"

That would be really cool to have the old chambers instead of shells, veils etc. I mean it was their job in the old game providing the upgrades, so makes sense :)
