Rebinding Commander Hotkeys?

Hi all,

Anyone know if it's possible to rebind the commander hotkeys in a config file somewhere or something? I use Dvorak rather than qwerty which means the default keys are spread out all over the place.

I think it'll be in your options.xml file which is in your appdata/roaming/natural selection 2.

It doesn't seem to be in there, although some of the element labels are a bit ambiguous.
