Toggle Console

Nothing too outrageous, I'd just like to have the ability to toggle console on and off.

I'm thinking along the lines of Team Fortress 2, where you can disable it so you may bind keys to ~ if you wanted (which I do since it is an easy key to reach).

    You can already toggle the console with the tilde key. If you are asking for the ability to rebind the tilde key to another action, then I agree this would be nice.
