Can we get a mode, when wall/ceiling is always at bottom of screen for skulk? This would make ceiling run to be simpler, I think. It would make skulk play also more fun.
The devs have experimented with this while coding wall-running, and have decided to settle with a slight screen tilt so it isn't nearly as disorienting as having your whole screen flipped upside down.

They already did this.
And what you suggested is how it works in AVP, and that SUCKS. It's horrible.
They cleared a bit the code for the wall walking in the last build (for the lerk roost), there is a function that give you the coordinate system for the model, could try that for the 18th thing :)
I've played tremulous, where walking on the walls and ceilings will completely rotate the view. Others told me "but it doesn't rotate the view. how can it be good like that?", but I'm not at all fond of the screen rotating. In fact, I was very, very happy when I saw wallrunning for the first time and the screen didn't rotate around.
If turning the camera around while walking on walls gets implemented, I'd be very disappointed if it couldn't be turned back to what it's like in the current version.
