BUG: cannot join server when changing video resolution

- Start NS2
- Go to options, change resolution to 1920x1080, click Back to commit change
- Exit NS2 and restart it
- Go to options, change resolution to 1600x900, click Back to commit changes
- Click Join to find a server without restarting NS2
BUG: the button for selecting a server cannot be seen on the screen, as the lower part of the server list has been cropped off.
WORKAROUND: restart NS2 after choosing a lower resolution, this seems to reset the size of the server list graphics and the button can be seen again.
I haven't tested all permutations of this, but I think it would happen whenever you choose a high resolution, restart NS2, and then try to go to a lower resolution without restarting NS2. The server list is cropped in those cases and there isn't any way to actually join one.
This leads to a suggestion: it'd be great if you could just double-click on a server in the list in order to join it.
