My first question out of many to come.

Why those all the in-game sound change to a more fussy when your low healt. I barely hear what people says and the surroundings. This ruins my gameplay and I barely can't hear anyone until I get my healt back to normal. :(

Second question.

Some servers has tiny macro stutter in-game, while others servers has insane amout of macro stutter in-game. Is it because the server doesnt follow the requirements for hosting a server?

I already raged against this one; being low health-ed is already bad enough, you don't really need to have your sound cut off in addition.

The good thing about it is that it provides feedback about your health, but it would be better if it wasn't so debilitating.

If NS1 is anything to go by, at least on marine side you usually know your health well enough as long as the bite/swipe hit feedback is good enough. I guess spikes make things a bit more complicated, but I'd still like to think that the hit feedback is pretty sufficient if done properly.

On aliens you're taking punishment from more varied damage sources, but good feedback seems to go a long way there too.

I was thinking about a heart line system (EKG) for HP.. like in resident evil 1.

It's hard to find a good video of the progression, but it was basically a heartline that went from green to yellow to orange to red.
    Found some pics:
