Alt tabbed - Brightness/Gamma broke

So i was alt tabbing and what not, then my gamma or brightness has stuffed up. Neither the commands "brightness" or "gamma" worked in the console (so im guessing thats not the commands) and there aren't any settings for it under settings.

it was all working great, before this happen. And it was not the first time i alt tabbed either. It seems like some kind of "true lighting" has been setup, but I wouldn't know the commands for ns

<b>Things ive tried so far</b>
- all the commands on the ns2 commands page
- verifying game cache
- changing it in and out of window mode, quality setting and resolution in-game

tried all the render settings on the commands page and nothing worked. Also if you need computer specs/driver info i'm happy to give it just didn't think it was necessary since it was once working fine, and now it's not. I assume that it's an ingame command ?

<b>Solution</b> - For me my graphics driver (NVIDIA Geforce GTX 560 Ti) was having this trouble where I would change the size of my second monitor (also known as my 80inch HDMI TV). When the resoluton settings on the TV (even tho i wasn't using it for the game) was set to an odd resolution size my graphics would be dark/light in some areas in multiple games. To fix this I just set my TV resolution to that of a normal resolution window and it appears to be the exact problem/solution
