I pre-ordered but not sure how I will be contacted to play.

I pre ordered awhile ago and it dawned on me that I don't recall ever telling you guys my email or contact info so that I could start playing. My paypal has been charged the full amount but I have no way of knowing when I will be able to play the game. I just made this account to ask this question so when I ordered I was not logged in, I just clicked pre order to play now. I'm slightly worried and hope that I just missed something, thanks for the help.

When did you pre-order? I think they don't process your purchase over the weekend. Also check the spam folder of the email address associated with your Paypal account. If you have more than one email address tied to Paypal check all of them. If all that doesn't help contact store@unknownworlds.com. Keep in mind they're just a bunch of guys and have a life too so they may not react as fast but they are way nicer than a faceless EA support employee. ;)

I actually ordered like a week ago. So they contact the email address associated with your paypal? I haven't seen anything yet and checked my spam folder. :( I'll email the address you gave me thanks.

BTW, the retrieval link worked for me, in case anyone else has the same issue or question just give that a try!
