Update the menu system

Hey guys,
Is it just me or does anyone else just plain dislike the over simplistic and pretty useless menu system in place. I mean of course no esc button to help navigate the menus, clicking exit takes you completely out of the game when maybe perhaps i just want to go back to the main menu, the pretty crap server selection with no filters at all. Now ill admit i use steam a lot so am pretty used to the way they do it but come on guys its the simple things that make using the menus infinitely more joyful to use and it cant be that hard to update!! Please Please Please take some time to put more effort into this.
