I'm not sure they can trademark/copy right the term Natural Selection since its more commonly known as a <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natural_selection" target="_blank">process in evolutionary biology</a>. However, I'm sure they can get the rights on any aliens v human game/movie/book thats called Natural Selection.
