I have ordered the game two separate times with my paypal account and the second time I received no key. I think the system can only handle '1 email address, 1 key'. I ordered a third key with another email address because I needed it immediately.

I have already emailed the problem to store@unknownworlds.com but I understand you guys are busy. I think you should take care of this problem quite urgently because at the moment, technically, you are taking money without delivering the product ;) Also, please refund my money.

I think it was mentioned that the devs don't necesseraly read the technical support forum.
But don't worry, they will answer your email. If not, try resending it in a few days. There has been a big increase of new players, so they might lag a little behind with answering emails.

Same here, one email works.
ordered 3 times, works perfect.

I had the same problem when I purchased two keys from the same email. First key came through fine; second did not. Not in my spam folder, not returned when I did a key request. I emailed store@unknownworlds.com and they sent me the key associated with the purchase.

Strangely enough, I purchased yet another copy and the key came through just fine again.

I guess the problem only happens when you make separate orders with the same email.
I've received the second key now. Although I dont really need another key anymore, (since I ordered an extra one with another email), I think Im gonna cut these understaffed devs some slack and not ask for a refund.

Maybe I can recruit one of my friends with my extra key :-)

Is it possible that this is flood control; i.e. it automatically discards a second order if it comes immediately after the first to prevent you from accidentally purchasing multiple times?
