Small problem

It may be a small problem, but isn't there a time limit on how long you can afk for? It's really annoying how one person stays in ready room for the whole match and afks and never gets kick, or they just wait there. There were 3 ppl in the RR doing nothing but wasting space and was wondering why they are not even getting kicked out. If possible should limit how long u can stay in the RR for 5 min to get kicked out. I find it annoying and hopefully some ppl as well thinks this is also an issue.

    There is no afk kick feature implemented yet.

    Although I agree that it's a necessary feature; ATM it's not high priority.

    Edit: Perhaps a community mod?

    AFK kicks and the like are normally the preserve of 3rd party admin mods.

    As far as I am aware there are very few, if any?, games ship with a built in auto-kick for AFK players. At least not FPS' in my experience.

    There is a Server Admin mod created by player called - <a href="http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/forums/index.php?showtopic=112026" target="_blank">GameOvermind</a> although I don't believe it has AFK kick implemented yet.

    It makes no sense for Game Developers to write a system which kicks players out of the game. More player numbers and more player minutes reflect well on the game, when viewed statistically, regardless if the people are actually playing or not.
