Alien Upgrades bug

Well, I've noticed that when I select more than one upgrade it doesn't let you have them.
It appears that when 2 or more upgrades = no upgrades.
Now say that I am a skulk.. selected 2 upgraes nad that seems to work until well, say you go lerk or whatever.. all upgrades reset to 0 and then grabbing one upgrade not a problem and then here we are again sticking with 1 maybe 2 upgrades max.
I have heard other people talking about the same issue.
any ideas?

Skulk -> pick for example regeneration and then carapace and your upgrades are reseted.
But just pick all two upgrades and its fine, do not use one by one.
