No game key is listed in the e-mail "NS2 Pre-order‏"

I've just bought the game and received the e-mail which is supposed to include the game key but it didn't. (Below copied)
Have tired retrieve game key but it still didn't help. (Responding e-mail copied below as well)
NS team please kindly check it for me and send me a key to my e-mail (ronniarbitiaas@hotmail.com)

I've sent e-mails for help to community@unknownworlds.com and store@unknownworlds.com since I am so eager to play the game asap.

I have the same problem! but in my mail it says:
NS2 pre-order Standard Edition Key - Notice: Undefined index: REMOVE_ADDR in /var/www/html/game_scripts/ns2/private/steam_key_generator.php on line 3

looks like somekind of error instead of a real key...
I cant retrieve a key from this site either.
My mail is drkn85@hotmail.com

Then you may have to wait till monday. They will reply to you as fast as they can, if you mailed it.

It can take 1-2 day till they answer, because they have alot of work.
