Expected waiting tme to receive game key?

How long is the average waiting time to receive your game key? I know the team is busy but I've been waiting for 2 weeks now. :) And I've been keeping an eye on my junk folder too, just in case.

Did anyone else need to wait this long? Or should I start firing off some emails?

    I got mine nearly instantly, but that was a long time ago. I'm pretty sure the system is automated, so something probably went wrong with your order. I'd recommend you to contact them.
