Where are the keybinds?

You can find the keybindings in
%AppData%/Natural Selection 2/options.xml

I couldnt find them, could you be more specific. And Im not sure how this is going to fix my problem. I shouldnt have to go digging for files like this! =(

With the weird way cloud works (fk you online storage) I'd recommend against editing files to edit binds, just edit them in game. Unfortunately I don't think we'll ever see those sweet sweet cfg files.
