Toggle crouch and single-press sprint?

I searched but couldn't find anything on the subject...

Would it be possible to mod in a simple client-side toggle crouch feature?

And removed the stuff about the sprint, as it was just me pressing the button too long.

    As far as I know about the sprinting, you can just pres it quickly and you will keep sprinting, or hold it and stop sprinting when you release the button.

    Yeah, turns out I've just been pressing it too long.

    However, the crouch toggle is something I still definitely need.

    So seriously nobody has any insight into how to do toggle crouch? I've been searching, but the only thing I've found is the old NS1 scripting stuff, which obviously doesn't work.

    Running the non-flash menu mod gives you access to their custom keybind system, but I can't figure out what all is going on with it, and how I'd be able to hook into crouching and make it toggle.
