Natural Selection 2 not on Steam game list

Well I have had to uninstall and re-install NS2 over the last number of builds to get it to update and I uninstalled this time and Natural Selection 2 is no longer listed as a Steam game so I dont get the usual "install" button. Have they removed it from the games list? What has changed?
