<div class="IPBDescription">using a circle-part on the attack-icon</div>especially when values are changing with patches, it is difficult to predict how much energy a bile bomb or stomp etc. will cost per use.
a simple way to solve this is by adding a circle on the attack-icon. the circle is the same as for the energy-meter itself and it is only filled as much as it will cost for a single use: if the the attack will drain 1/4 of your maximum energy then the icon would only have 1/4 of a circle to display this.
advantages of this approach (as i see it):
-easy to implement (use the same circle as for energy itself, scale it down to fit the icons)
-intuitive (you get an idea of how your energy-meter has to look like so you might even be able to estimate this from the corner of your eye-focus)
-fits the overall HUD design as it has the same style as the energy-meter
