Has Andrew Spiering quit the job?

I remember i saw the news once that a programmer, called Andrew Spiering has joined UWE, who had once also worked at Blizzard.

But i cannot see any of his name at UWE members.
Is he that Andrews from Austria, who is mentioned at the bottom of the page?

Few months ago?? oh.. i thought till today that that Programmer Brian is him lol for few months!
