Balance fixes

killer monkey

After our hive being killed my a single marine with nano shield being medi spammed I purpose that med packs cant be dropped on infestation also in a different game I was thinking that maybe the shade could make arcs not fire I mean it messes up rines so it should mess up the arcs aim, 3rd idea what if alien vision came in automatically in dark places like it faded in the darker it gets. Just some quick ideas I came up with.
