<div class="IPBDescription">Let's bring is back</div>Anyone who played NS for any long period of time is familiar with this name. I casted for them, along with a few other notable names like Drummer. However, I don't remember them, and I'm interested in resurrecting it.

They used to cast competitive matches with competitive insight into the players/strategies/etc. However, now that streaming is possible, I think that we could do a lot better than just the sound that we had back then. So any of the old crew who's interested, let's talk. Or if you know some of the old guys, link 'em to the thread and have them pm me.

    many of us were talking about getting it up and running again. for just an audio streaming server, we have multiple community offers to host a stream for us, but for video, i just dont know what we would actually show. if youre talking just video for the competitive match casting we did, that would make sense. but for when its just a DJ on the air, im not sure what we would do, maybe just a static image or something.

    but anyway, since this new Squad 5 announcement, i think the time has come.....

    Drummer: I could probably handle the stream and co-cast with whoever. I'm fairly certain Slip could handle the stream too, if for whatever reason I can't. But I think having some casting pros from the ol' days could really spice things up =D, especially for some of the old timer gamers who aren't really into NS2 yet (and there are many many out there). Familiarity/name recognition is always a plus.
