<div class="IPBDescription">Does anyone know anything about this server? Or Do It Smooth?</div>As a Texas player I get an unbelievably good connection to this server and want to know more about who is hosting it and if there is a Do it Smooth clan. I've never seen anyone playing in it and a google search reveals absolutely nothing. Does anyone here have any information on this server?

Oh, and I wasn't sure if this was the right place to post this question...

I couldn't figure out how to embed. Also, holy ###### does it take a while to upload 30 sec on 1080p. 800 MB file. Are you using FRAPS?
Dang, I WAS hoping you had some secret in FRAPS but looks like I'm going to have to rerender the video if I want to keep posting anything.
What I do is record in Fraps (full-size, 1080p) then compress using Windows Live Movie Maker (its crap for any editing, its free and easy to reduce the filesize for a YouTube upload).
For example, a 23 min video turned out to be 83 GB in the Fraps codec, but compressed to 1.8 GB using WLMM. Much better for uploading to Youtube.
Negative tickrate resets to 32 !
Yes this is a bug and usually you will see some kind of animation issues once this happens. The issues start off pretty minor but will eventually get as bad as the videos posted above over time. Seems to only happen if a server has been up for an extended period of time (36+ hours) without a restart and appears to happen quicker when the server is left dormant rather than one that sees a lot of activity.
This is not a big issue as most servers that actually get played on usually get restarted daily by either an admin or due to server crashes. However this is still something that should be looked into eventually as it does create all sorts of weird animation issues but there are bigger fish to fry at this point.

Server tickrate has been capped at 30 for a long time now. You may see the tickrate hit 30.1 or so and that is perfectly normal, but a solid 32 tickrate indicates some sort of issue in the engine.
