A (possibly) better Gorge structure-building system

Instead of (only) having the limits bound to the number of hives, I think if the player structures of the Gorge are not bound to Pres, at least they should be bound to infestation.
Once we have Dynamic Infestation, the Gorge should heavily depend on it.
Then instead of these Clog-thingies, the Gorge should spray/vomit the infestation he ate.
And he would use a specific amount of ingestation (I am a comedy genius) for Hydras and Mini-Cysts (, as well as energy, of course).
The Marine commander would either have to build more Cysts in tactically important areas, or he could (for the sake of team-ressources or energy) boost or induce the infestation growth of a certain Cyst.
Mini Cysts should not be capable of producing an over-amount of infestation, they only lay the ground for structures, the Gorge will still need to go (closer) to normal Cysts to eat infestation.
I think this would create a nice connection between the Gorges and the Alien-Commander, make them more dependend on each other, if they want to be successful, instead of a single Gorge just trolling Marines with evernew Hydras and Clogs.
