<div class="IPBDescription">What the hell dose it do?</div> I see there is a nuke butten that can be set but i'v never been able to get it to work, so dose it work if so what dose it do and how do you get it to do it?
The nuke was formerly a tactical explosive dropped by the commander. Basically, you put it near a hive or alien outpost, you built it like a normal building, and then you ran like hell while things went boom.
The nuke was removed for NS v1 because of balancing issues and such. It may return, but we'll likely see a flamethrower first, I think.
I'm not complaining, aliens are hard enough to play as anyway. There BETTER be a flamethrower at some point. Well a REAL flame thrower dose't have a "sort" range, sure sit it next to a m-16 or a M4 it looks like a 5 year old girl thorwing a base-ball but it dose have a range of like 10-15m so in the small hall-ways of NS it should fill the whole dam hall.
I'd personally be happy with a 'Welder II' sort of thing. Mmm, self-combusting nanites. Actually, I'd prefer upgrades to the SECONDARY weapons, with the weapon upgrades. I.e., Tripmine beams become thinner/more transparent, pistol gets a larger clip (Up to 15 rounds at level 3), welder repairs faster/does more damage.
