Skulk view (extra optional choise)

Ok some time ago I read they chose to keep camera normal viewed instead of like goed in alien vs predator when you go on wall or ceiling you camera rotates so floor you walk on is below you.

Personal for me, maybe others I find this a lot easier to walk on walls and ceilings if its below me.

I always get stuck on every minimal thing when im skulks on walls or ceilings and feels very akward, you actualy upside down but your view your just walking in the air/sliding with your back on ceiling, just feels wrong.

Maybe make optional choise in game option menu where you can chose to make camera like it is now, or like in alien vs predator ceiling/wall always below you so the view is actualy like it is how your caracter stand on the wall.

Shouln't be that game breaking and those want current way can keep it, those find it easier like me the other way should be able to activate that.

just matter of turn it on or off?

as said for me would make it a lot easier to walk on walls and ceilings.

    I think you would find, in practice, that this doesn't work. Your screen would rotate 180 degrees very quickly when leaping at marines, which would disorient you and practically ensure your death. You would also have trouble figuring out which way gravity was pointing, and if you tried to jump while sideways you'd plummet to the ground.

    I agree that it feels akward and makes navigating ceiling difficult. Rotating the camera as the OP suggests is known to cause motion sickness in other games, though. I recall at least in Portal 2 was a mechanic that was scrapped for that reason.

    I see no problem with having an this as an extra option, but it would be quite low on the priority list :)
