Server Guide?

I tried the wiki page for setting up a NS2 server but after following the steps it fails to work, i was wondering if there where any straightforward guides for getting my own dedicated server working, even the files section on this website is missing any .exe files and using the server.exe crash's or fails to open any of the models and so on.

This forum is for the Natural Selection mod and it doesn't get much traffic any more.
