Disable Fog for areas in which lights went out.

Since i read in the patch notes that there is the possibility for mappers to change for for different areas, if it would be possible to disable fog for dark areas. currently, the fog gives alot of depth to dark areas, making it possible to see even in the dark, making flashlights allmost unnescessary. I know again this is just icing and nitpicking, but it would add alot to the immersion.
