Cant Bite/leap Bug

<div class="IPBDescription">Cant Bite/leap Bug</div>This has happened to me a few times where my skulk will just stop biting with half my energy remaining, i heard of other people mentioning it aswell in the server.

Is this a known issue, if it isnt i hope it is now. Its also happened with Onos.

    This is an issue with overmind still being active on monash #1. aka, endar being lazy lol.
