    Yes:
Changed mouse sensitivity values to be on the same scale as Natural Selection 1
Changed the scale of the mouse sensitivity slider to match CS:GO
Improved precision of the mouse when raw input is disabled (i_rawinput false)

My mouse sensitivity dropped in this release, it's at max already, would be nice if it would go higher because I'm used to a faster mouse.

I typed in "setsensitivity 1" and turned my dpi all the way up. Nice and smooth. Now I have slightly better aim. Problem is that those skulks are darn hard to hit compared to trying to shoot people in other games.

what exactly does i_rawinput do? i only know i HAVE to use it because otherwise i will get 0.5-1s delay for my mouselook, which is absolutely unplayable when it comes to shooting skulks.

It makes the game use a lower level "interface" to talk with the mouse. That way it can avoid all sorts of shenanigans Windows might be doing with mouse input.
