    Yes. There is significant EU NS2 beta community right now. There is a decent selection of servers in the UK, France, Germany, and Sweden (see here: <a href="http://hypernovadesign.co.uk/nanogrid/)" target="_blank">http://hypernovadesign.co.uk/nanogrid/)</a>
