Skulk movement and bite cone, I don't know what they've done to it but it feels terrible these days.. That and sentries, which aren't even a viable build choice any more.
The movement feels clunky for Marines and floaty for Aliens. I like jetpack and Exos feel though. I especially hate the penalizing movement for walking back as marines. Maybe a 10% reduction would be okay, but right now it's really annoying.
The Gorge feels devoid of interesting things to do.

The animation for melee is slow and feels like you can never hit anything. It doesn't really feel fun at all. Aliens don't feel as agile as NS1. Combat in NS2 feels more like both parties are flailing/jumping about. I played a lot of NS1 and it definitely felt fluid and had a certain amount of precision to it.
Adrenalines effectiveness is reduced by ailen vision, silence has no way of knowing how successful your wall jump is, camo you cant move or you'll be seen , regen takes a while to kick in, probably the only thing with out much of a downside.. Hypermutation ...lol

Well said. I could put up with all the other problems that I perceive in the game if it was just more fluid and precise. Perfectly worded.
- Everything that is taken away from the Gorge - Alien Commander too much like the marine one, stationary, teamwork killing and boring - Lerk Spores - Uselessness of the flamer (pls combine use with lerk spores) - Gorges again.
Mid/late game, leap, fades and jetpacks. I always curse when I join a game and it's already 5 minutes into the round because I've just missed the most fun part.
Am I the only person who likes how the Khaam currently is? It's relaxing, as opposed to being the Commander, who gets spammed with fifty billion notifications all the goddamn time.

it is certainly much more viable to go empty net & have more players on the field as alien.

Marine, Skulk and Fade walking and turning around animations look so stiff and rigid. They are not fluid and when lifeforms jump they look like a bouncy ball bouncing like a rock.I think they should be reworked after 1.0. The skulk moving animation is so slow that is looks like they are flowing in slow motion.Would be cool if you could make the animation a lot faster for example like a running leopard > http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UBdjfGDLQZY
That Aliens doesn't scale well, as someone else said. Being Skulk early game is increadibly fun, but mid and especially late game Skulk play often have a pointless feel to it. Slow spawning doesn't help.
(Spawn times for Aliens should get a lot faster as the game progresses. I'm not entirely sure how the spawn systems works currently, but with each Hive the spawn time should be cut in half or whatever. Then it wouldn't matter if the Skulks doesn't scale that well. The Aliens might not win the game with a lot of Skulks popping out of eggs, but they would have the numbers and might at least make a dent in a teched out Marine team, but more importantly, the Skulk players get to play the game instead of waiting around in the spawn queue for a large part of the late game.
Oh, and while I'm at it... Aliens should spawn with the last picked evolutions (if available). Having to re-evolve every single time you spawn is as tedious as it gets. This would also make the Skulk a tiny little bit stronger late game.)

Hope they fix both.

Forget what I said earlier, +1 to this.
What's the downside to Adrenaline, Silence, Camo, Regeneration, Hypermutation...

Also, as comm, when I double tap a hotkey, I expect to go to that building/unit. This would make hotkeys all the more effective.

Also, sprinting.
Since one of the last patches the bite cone is so small that im all the time like "wtf, i for sure hit him like 7 times *raage*".
Mostly the lack of plush gorges, though.
