Kharaa and Marines can Coexist!

Took this photo while playing one of a few games on the gamescom yesterday.

I was the alien comm on this game and left the hive to take the picture. The infestation just did grew enough to place the harvester on it when the marine comm dropped the ghost extractor, few seconds later i dropped the harvester. The marines that did arrive build the extractor before trying to destroy the harvester. I killed the marine there and then took the picture.

    Seems to happen quite often on the logistics node. Havent seen that happen on any other node yet personally.

    Fix: Alien buildings shouldn't be placeable on ghost structures.

    Also a possibility, but alien players can do this already => teamplay
    Another option: Infestation cancels ghost structures.

    Ghost structure should be ghost: aliens don't see them, and can build on them. Marines can drop them anywhere, they get canceled when marines get line of sight of them and something is blocking.

    i'd prefer this. it will prevent the com from getting information from arbitrary places (oh i cant place a cc there so it must be the hive). granted it's usually a bit too expensive for abuse, but remember you get ALL your res back when it disappears...

    Wouldnt really work, That means to ninja drops for marines is out of the qestion, which is always fun
