It's always nice to have new improvements for aliens and marines. That's because improvements are always neat! Something new, something different, something fun! The problem is that NS has this precarious balance thing right now. So any new stuff/changes for one side throws off the balance.
It seems people only suggest for one side at a time, which makes sense. Well, what if we could have improvements and new stuff, BUT, both sides are modified at the exact same time. This way no one can complain as validly about one side getting nerfed, while the other one get.
Currently people just dismiss suggestions or ideas for either side as something that will throw off the balance, by making one side better then the other.
