Anyway To Get A Refund?

I realise refunds are iffy with digital downloads, but this game really is not for me, far too many issues. I've still only had the game for about a week.

Constant crashes, barely decent performance even after the 217 patch and I frankly don't find the gameplay too engaging.

Running on ATI Phenom II X4 955, ATI 6850 and 8 Gig of RAM by the way and I haven't had such issues with other games, so I don't believe the problem is on my end.

Is there anyway for me to get a refund on this game or am I boned?

I heard tell that refunds may be reinstated after release (they are currently not refunding due to crunch time). I think crashes and unplayable performance issues are valid reasons for a refund, but the gameplay not being too engaging (for you) probably isn't.

Try reinstalling the game. I have weaker specs than you and my game was going downhill in performance until I reinstalled... then like magic, performance was the best in the world ;)

    Try it, I'm serious.

    There are currently no refunds.

If you feel performance is not good enough, try again after the game has been released - it'll improve. As for it not being engaging enough, I'm afraid that would not be considered a valid reason.

It's possible that refunds will be possible again at a later time, but I can't answer this question for you. If you have any more questions; send an e-mail to store@unknownworlds.com or send me a PM.
